We do our very best at Specialty Fishing Products to ensure you get the best deal we can find on all freight services. If you are a Post/Freight service provider and feel you can offer us a better deal to pass directly onto our customers, we encourage you to contact us via the "Contact Us" form on the site.
At present we only offer services via Australia Post, please refer to our FAQs page for additional informaton, including express post options etc. We hope to offer an overnight service in the near future.
How is my order sent?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, all orders are sent via standard (regular) surface mail with Australia Post. If however you require an express service, or tracking number, please submit your order and then contact us via the "Contact us" form (or call us) within one hour of placing your order. Simply let us know that you require express postage/shipping/tracking, and we will contact you regarding how to pay any minimal additional charge. In most circumstances there is no delay to the despatch of your order providing you contact us within one hour of placing your order.
Standard surface mail: Within VIC 2-4 days, to all other states please allow 5-10 days
Express post: Within VIC 1-2 days, to all other states please allow 3-5 days

Despatch lead time
We will despatch your order within 2 business days of placement. Should the items not be available we will inform you via email, and in some cases we may also call the phone number you have provided, you will be advised of a new lead time, or can change your order at that time if you wish.
We are pleased to advise that as of January 2016 over 99% of our customer's orders have been shipped out on the same day they have been ordered.
