Can I buy packs of one flavour only?
This will depend on stock quantities at the time. Please use the “contact us” form on the website
to let us know how many of which flavour you would like.

All special orders are quoted via email, so please ensure to provide:

The flavour and number you require
Your email address
Your full name
Your full postal address
Your daytime telephone number

Can I buy packs of more than three?
Yes you can buy packs of more than three Scentinels. The minimum order of mixed flavours is 10 Scentinels
increasing by increments of 10. Simply use the “contact us” form on the website and let us know how
many of each flavour you would like. You can have any flavour combination you like.

All special orders are quoted via email, so please ensure to provide:

Can I pickup my order?
We do apologise, but we do not have facilities for pickups. However we do understand this may be inconvenient
for you at times, and hope to make this facility available in the future.

Can I send a courier company to pickup my order?
We do apologise but we do not have facilities for courier pickups. However we do understand this
may be inconvenient for you at times, and hope to make this option available in the future.

Do you post overseas?
At present we do not post or ship overseas.

How do I know if SFP have received my order?
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from “eWAY” containing your order details.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Can I pay with cash?
No sorry, we don’t accept cash. “No cash here Chopper”.

Can I pay in a currency other than Australian dollars?

Because we accept payments via paypal you can pay in your preferred currency. Simply follow the steps in paypal.

Can I pay for my order by bank transfer?
Sorry we don’t offer this service.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order providing that you let us know before we have despatched it.
Given that some orders are despatched as quickly as 1 hour after they are received,
it is recommended that you notify us within 1 hour of placing your order.

To notify us simply send us a message via the "Contact Us" form on the website. Alternatively feel free to call us directly.
You will be refunded for your cancelled purchase providing the goods
have not been released to the shipping/freight/post agent.
Should this have already occurred, please return the goods in the original condition
and we will refund you the cost of the goods only (providing the condition of the goods meets the "Refund Policy" criteria),
original and return charges for shipping/freight/post cannot be refunded.

Do you sell sinkers on the website?
Due to the cost of postage, we don't sell sinkers at the moment.

Do you sell fishing rods on the website?
Yes we do but you see, Cam is a slack arse and hasn't put them up on the website yet.
He will put them up as soon as we get the new website up and running.

Are my credit card details secure and safe?
Specialty Fishing Products uses the “eWAY Payment Gateway” for it’s online credit card transactions.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Specialty Fishing Products or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account
held by Specialty Fishing Products.

How is my order sent?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, all orders are sent via standard (regular)
surface mail with Australia Post (does not include tracking). If however you require an
express service or tracking number, please submit your order and then contact us via
the "Contact us" form (or call us) within one hour of placing your order.
Simply let us know that you require express postage/shipping/tracking and we will advise of any
additional charges. In most circumstances there is no delay to the despatch
of your order providing you contact us within one hour of placing your order.
